House of HiiT Membership Agreement - Services Provided
This is not an "Open Gym" format. By class or appointment only training unless otherwise noted.
The facility is located at Unit 7 Foundry Business Centre, Lamb Inn Road, Knottingley, WF11 8DW. Hours of operation and classes vary, please see current gym class schedule for full operational information.
Fitness training is an evolving science, thus House of HiiT reserves the right to change its routines, classes and equipment to accommodate such evolution.
Following the COVID Pandemic, in the event of a national lockdown, we will move to a virtual platform/open gym format in line with any government guidelines at your current Membership rate.
Current Membership Rates: Please ensure you are clear with which membership you have chosen and what is included within that Membership.
Bronze Membership £30/month
Bronze Bolt On Membership £40/month
Silver Membership £50/month
Gold Membership £80/month
Gold+ Membership £97/month
All payments for Membership will be due as follows:
1. An initial pro rata payment up to the first available direct debit date of either the 1st or 15th of the month, followed by a rolling monthly payment via direct debit mandate.
2. All payments are non-refundable and I understand that all sessions purchased must be used within said month and cannot be carried over unless agreed with House of HiiT.
3. You can downgrade or cancel at anytime by giving 30 days notice in advance. Allowing one final payment to be made at your current rate along with 30 days use of current said Membership. You can upgrade your Membership at any time.
4. If you fail to make a payment, access to the gym and booking system will be denied, however you can update your payment manually by logging into your members area. This will reinstate your access once up to date.
5. Any direct debit cancelled without notice will still be payable and may be chased or deducted by House of HiiT. Please contact House of HiiT to make any cancellations, downgrades, upgrades or freezes.
6. Your Membership can be frozen by request for a period of 3+ months should you find yourself in circumstances where you are either ill, injured or travelling for a long period of time but wish to reinstate your Membership on your return without any set up fees. This must be submitted by contacting House of HiiT at least 30 days before the date you wish to freeze.
7. Results from classes and coaching are not guaranteed and can vary. To obtain the best results, my effort, cooperation and ability to action advice in and out of sessions is required. This
8. CLASS CANCELLATIONS: ANY CLASSES CANCELLED WITHIN 2 HOURS OF THE START TIME WILL AUTOMATICALLY INCUR A STRIKE ON YOUR MEMBERSHIP PROFILE. IF YOU ACCUMULATE 3 STRIKES WITHIN 30 DAYS THEN YOU RISK YOUR ACCESS TO CLASSES & BOOKINGS BEING TEMPORARILY REVOKED BY THE SYSTEM. Please adjust your bookings accordingly on the system of your circumstances do change with as much notice as possible.
Compliance with Rules:
Members shall abide by all membership and facility rules and regulations established by House of HiiT, these may be posted at the facility, provided in writing or issued verbally. These may be amended from time to time by House of HiiT.
I agree that improper or unauthorised use of the facility or equipment may result in member suspension or cancellation of membership at House of HiiT.
Membership Agreement Liability & Assumption of Risk.
Please read carefully:
I have applied to a House of HiiT exercise training program. I hereby acknowledge that I should consult with my doctor before beginning any new exercise program. I certify that I am not aware of any medical condition which would render me unfit to participate in any exercise program and that I will inform House of HiiT immediately of any change in my medical condition.
I agree that if I experience any symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest pain, unusual fatigue, dizziness, fainting or extreme pain, whether or not I am under the direct supervision of my trainer, I will immediately stop exercising and inform a representative of House of HiiT.
I authorise any representative within House of HiiT to obtain emergency medical treatment for me, including transportation to a hospital or medical facility if necessary.
I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE ARE RISKS INHERENT IN ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITING TO HEART ATTACK, STROKE, ORTHOPAEDIC INJURY, INJURIES CAUSED BY USE OF EQUIPMENT AND OTHERS. THESE INJURIES CAN OCCUR SUDDENLY AND WITHOUT WARNING AND MAY RESULT IN DEATH. I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THIS TRAINING WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED. I HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY OR DEATH. I HEREBY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE HOUSE OF HIIT FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, RIGHTS, ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTION, EXPENSES AND SUITS OF ANY KIND, FORESEEN OR UNFORSEEN. FOR PERSONAL INJURY, WRONGFUL DEATH, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR OTHERWISE RESULTING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM AND/OR THE ACTS OF OMISSIONS OF ANY OF HOUSE OF HIIT PARTIES. INCLUDING ANY AND ALL NEGLIGENT ACTS, WHETHER ACTIVE OR PASSIVE, IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER SUCH INJURIES, DEATH OR DAMAGES OCCUR DURING TRAINING OR AFTER.
I have carefully read all Terms and Conditions and fully understand it's contents. I am at least 18 years of age or a parent/guardian signing on behalf of a child who is under. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and House of HiiT and I accept these conditions of my own free will.
